Welcome to the Blue Gate Lodge, the family run Residential Home.

 

Blue Gate Lodge is a family run five bedroom Residential home providing quality, holistic care to residential clients, owned by Mr Seamus and Mrs Mairead Brolly. As a registered nurse with over 30 years experience, much of which spent caring for the elderly client, Mairead is the Registered Manager of Blue Gate Lodge. Mr Seamus Brolly (husband) responsible for maintenance, groundswork, general manager of estates and provider of transport. Mrs Orla Doherty (daughter) registered nurse with 5 years experience in community nursing, working specifically with elderly clientelle. Mrs Edel Mullan (daughter) is a Health Center Supervisor with past experience of practice management, taking care of all administrative duties.

We hope to provide a home from home atmosphere in our new residential home located on our own farmland. Just quarter of a mile from Garvagh town, for clients who prefer to reside in a rural setting. Garvagh forest runs along side the Blue Gate Lodge providing the perfect setting for residents to enjoy peaceful and tranquil walks or wheelchair access either accompanied or unaccompanied.
